April 22, 10am-12:30pm "The Stock Market" $30.00

This class is a "no- risk" investment! You will learn to make, meat stock, chicken stock, vegetable stock and Asian dashi stock.

April 24, 6:30pm-9:30pm "The Reign of Spain" $40.00

Couples cooking class. Spanish cuisine, learn the art of making tapas, sangria, and paella cooked in a wok. A full restaurant style dinner will be served.

April 24, 10am-12:30pm "Soup's On" $30.00

Learn to make vegetable puree soups, broth soups and "enlightened" cream soups.

April 29, 10am-12:30pm "Addressing Dressings" $30.00

From vinaigrettes to emulsion dressings as well as home made mayonnaise and aiolis, we will provide you with recipes and substitution guidelines so that you never have to reach for the bottled dressings at the grocery store.

May 1, 10am-12:30pm "Eggs-actly" $30

Learn omelets, quiches, and fritattas, as well as the proper methods for hard cooking and poaching eggs. Generous helpings will be served.

May 1, 7pm-10pm "The Rites of Spring" $40.00

Couples cooking Class. As a celebration of surviving winter, we will look forward to the bounty of summer by enjoying fresh, seasonal foods prepared with a minimum of fuss with some new techniques. Enjoy freshly steamed artichokes with a lemon aioli, “turboed” fresh wild salmon on a bed of braised lentils and roasted asparagus, and a surprise dessert. Class includes dinner with appropriate beverage.
